I became a Leadership Consultant, Coach and Speaker, because I believe we can overcome the challenges facing our organizations and the world today by bringing out the best in each of us.
My passion and focus are on individuals’ and teams’ unique talents and strengths. I founded Zynergy International, LLC in 2013 in order to full-time focus on my passion.
I balance my direct communication style with my desire to make positive sustainable change in my clients’ thinking and action that will greatly impact their leadership effectiveness and professional performance. I’m straightforward and to-the-point. Action and results are what speak to me and I’m not afraid to work with “strong personalities,” I welcome them and hold them accountable. I love what I do. Among my clients are Fortune 500 executives, entrepreneurs and sales directors.
I care deeply about the environment. I encourage business leaders to take ownership and establish strong leadership on climate solutions, assuring a thriving resilient business and a prosperous future for all.
I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and hold a CPCC Certification from CTI, and an ACC Certification from ICF, the International Coach Federation. Previous to Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching and Speaking, I held sales positions at GE, Eli Lilly & Co, and Novo Nordisk, 20 + years.
Born and raised in Sweden, I was educated in Sweden, France and the U.S. I speak Swedish, French, and English and earned my degree in International Business, graduating with a magna cum laude from the University of Colorado in 1999.
I’m a devoted volunteer and an active member of IDA Africa, a Climate Change Leader and Mentor for the Climate Reality Leadership Corps and the Co-Founder of the Climate Business Working Group. I’m also one of the founding members of the Climate Reality Leadership Denver-Boulder Chapter and former board member of Toast Master International Boulder Chapter.
