Executive Coaching FAQs
Q. What is YOUR approach to Coaching & Consulting Maria?
As a Certified Strengths and Co-Active Coach, my goal is to get you outside of your comfort zone, into uncharted territory. It is my belief that is where you will grow and gain greater perspectives and see new possibilities. I will push you to take necessary calculated risks. I will challenge thoughts, actions and behaviors that are holding you back from where you want and need to go.
I will do so by exploring your talents and strengths, unleash your potential and hold you accountable for performing at your best. Our partnership will be one of excitement and aliveness.
The optimal outcome is a significantly improved employment engagement and the success will be measured, recognized and celebrated.
Q. How will we measure results?
For Individual and Management Coaching Engagements: We will measure and track your results in your Personal Development Plan (PDP) based on the results from the customized State Assessment and Analysis. We will do a baseline, mid-term and a final state assessment with customized built in metrics!
For Team Coaching Engagements: We will utilize a customized Team Optimization Metric Tool and the Gallup Q 12 Tool!
Q. What are your rates?

“Strengths-based development is unique in its approach and outcome. It’s based on the simple notion that a person’s talents do more than make an individual unique. Our greatest talents – the way in which we most naturally think, feel, and behave – represents our innate power and potential. When we tap into this source of wisdom and power, we are more effective, we act with more confidence, direction, and hope, and we are more productive’’.
