Executive Coaching Services
- A typical coaching and consulting engagement is offered weekly or bi-weekly for a minimum of 6-12 months.
- The assignment starts with the Gallup’s Strengths Finder Assessment and the CTI’s Professional Baseline Engagement Assessment.
- The engagement begins with a 1-2 day on site assessment. It is important for you to feel that we are a good fit and that the coaching relationship will be effective and meet your needs and expectations.
- During my onsite visit, I will observe you at work, in a team environment and leading a team.
- In addition, I will interview your peers, direct reports, and manager as well as other stakeholders identified.
- Each coaching engagement is different. I have a flexible approach to suit the needs of each individual. In our partnership, we will agree upfront to the scope and purpose of our relationship, key areas for development, and the metrics of success.
- My coaching and consulting engagements include unlimited telephone and video support.

Coaching & Consulting Team and Team Optimization
A typical team optimization engagement will include:
- Gallup’s Strengths Finder Assessment, CTI’s Baseline Assessment of Engagement and a Current, Mid-Term and End-Term State Assessment (Open 360 Assessment) to identify opportunities and to measure progress and success
- Observation of a series of team meetings and offer situational guidance.
- Extensive interaction with team leader and team to create shared mission, vision and purpose.
- Provide team leader with techniques for using strengths-based development to address specific team-related issues and challenges.
- Facilitate friction on the team, build team awareness of each player’s contribution and requirements to maximize team performance.
- Creation of a team development and behavioral plan.
- Discover, develop and use the team’s unique talents and strengths for greater engagement and team productivity.
- Follow-up meetings with team and key individuals.
